Homeowners’ associations are entirely self-funded from assessment payments of their membership. Our collection services include all aspects of homeowners’ association’s collections with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. If needed, we work with boards to draft, adopt and implement collections as well as enforcement policies and procedures tailored to the individual association and its needs. The collection process may include sending one or more demands, recording a lien if provided for in the South Carolina Horizontal Property Act or in Covenants & Restrictions for Planned Developments, responding to payoff requests, negotiating settlements including but not limited to drafting agreements for same and filing lawsuits to foreclose or obtain personal judgments.
